Served as manager of the web department and Webmaster within the Information Services Department. Management responsibilities included new staff interviewing, training, and orientation as well as project oversight and troubleshooting for staff web designers.

• Upon completion of inital phase of project relocated to the Washington State and continue to oversee this project full time on a contract basis to develop this initiative with pay-per-click advertising, enewsletters, akamai supported streaming flash video, elearning tools, and extensive search engine optimization (SEO) planning.

Served as ESL Teacher for Refugee Assistance Center in Bowling Green, KY.

• Developed and taught ESL (English as a Second Language) curriculum for refugee students whose origins included Bosnia, Croatia, Vietnam, Cambodia, El Salvador, and Columbia.
• Managed class of 15-30 students of multiple origins for instruction in fundamental English skills with the goal of assisting students in day to day living in the United States under refugee status.
